Papaya is good for digesting and immune-boosting super drink. Banana and papaya are rich in antioxidant and vitamin C both of which are much needed to strengthen immunity and good for metabolism. Ingredients
  • 1 cup Papaya (Cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup Banana (Sliced)
  • 1 cup Cow milk (You may use any milk)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (You may use any dry seeds or dry fruits)
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond (Chopped)
Instructions
  1. Peel the skin of papaya and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Peel the skin and slice banana into small pieces.
  3. Blend Papaya, banana and milk all together into a milkshake consistency.
  4. Super Healthy smoothie is ready to drink. Pour it into a Glass and garnish with Chia Seeds and Almonds.
Recipe Notes

Although i have used Cow milk , you can use any animal milk or plant based milk(cashew or almond milk) and you can use any dry fruits like walnut, grapes, cashews,pumpkin seeds of your . Try this Papaya-banana smoothie at home and give a healthy start to your day .
