Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
The Vanilla Ice Cream that I made last time turned out very well and my family asked for another flavour Ice Cream.
So, I choose Strawberries. I’m sure everyone loves strawberries and I decided to make strawberry Ice Cream.
why purchase Ice Cream from the grocery store, if you can make it at home in minutes.
I have made this Ice cream with just 3 ingredients. It is so easy to make and make you fall in love with the making process.

Wash the strawberries and blend them in a juicer without adding any water. No need to filter the Juice.

To a large bowl add the double cream.

Use a Hand whisker or hand mixer. Whisk the cream in slow speed.

It usually takes about 4 to 5 minutes in Hand Mixer to turn cream to a foam. Whisk until you get a steep hill foam as shown in the picture.

You will be able to see the Foam hill structure in the bowl as well.

Add Icing sugar(powdered sugar) / Condensed milk to the cream. Whisk for about 30 seconds.

Add the blended Strawberry juice to the mixture.

Blend the whole mix, until you get the steep hill structure in the hand mixer.

Do not overrun the Mixer over past this stage. NOTE: Your Ice Cream will be rock hard if you overrun the hand mixer past this stage.

Transfer the soft mixture to a bread tin / Box.

Cover it with a lid or foil and freeze overnight or at least 3 to 4 hours.

Our creamy, soft yummy strawberry Ice Cream is ready. You may garnish with Fresh / Frozen fruits of your choice. Happy Cooking!!!
Notes
Don't overrun the hand mixer in high speed, it would solidify the cream in less than a minute. You will end up with Rock Hard Ice Cream.
