To a Large Bowl add Cornflour, Ginger garlic Paste, Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Oregano and mix it.
Add Cream, Curd, Lemon Juice and Salt.
Mix all the ingredients well without any Lumps.
Add Olive oil
Mix all ingredients and marginate for at least 2 hours in the fridge
Add the marginated chicken one after another to the Skewer.
Cooking Malai Tikka in Oven
Preheat the Oven to 170 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes.
Place the Chicken in the Oven for 15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Note: Keep rotating the chicken every 5 minutes for it to cook evenly.
When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven.
Used clarified butter. Brush the chicken with butter while is hot.
Garnish and serve it hot.
Cooking Chicken Malai Tikka in Tawa
To a Pan / Tawa add 50G Butter
Place the Chicken Skewer in Tawa. Rotate every 3 to 4 minutes for the chicken to evenly cook.
When the chicken turned golden brown all sides, remove it from the Tawa / Pan.
Serve Piping hot with some lime and Onions.
