Carrot Ladoo/கேரட் லட்டு/Gaajar ka Ladoo with Coconut sugar
Delicious and Healthy Carrot Ladoo with coconut sugar. It is absolutely one of my favourite desserts always. In this recipe, I have used ghee to saute the carrots and have not used any milk. As an added advantage I have used coconut sugar because it is healthier, Chemical free and nutritious.
This is a quick, easy and tasty recipe with 4 ingredients

Notes
- Instead of coconut sugar you can use Cane Jaggery / Brown sugar or Palm Jaggery as well.
- Coconut sugar may give mild tangy taste, I like this flavor so I have used Coconut sugar.
