Butter Biscuits with 4 ingredients
Its Summer holidays time and kids need snacks every day. So I decided to cook some butter cookies and stock before they break for the summer holidays.
The Good thing about this recipe is, I have not used baking soda or baking powder, yet it is super soft and would simply melt in your mouth.
You can use any jam for this recipe.
Make sure to place the biscuits in the oven's middle row. This enables the biscuits to bake evenly.
Rotates the whole plate after 5 minutes if one side of the biscuits is turning golden brown while baking.
